Bought three of these. They arrived in the usual ripped, torn and damaged box conditioned one is used to I suppose. Their packing was excellent. Zero damage inside which was surprising. The instructions are terrible causing me to spend significant time trying to figure it out for the first one. Second unit put together was easy and the third one I didn’t even need the instructions. Just trying to figure it out the first time takes some deliberarion. Putting it together only needs one person no sweat. Comes in two boxes per unit. Might need two people to move a box depending on the individual and circumstances otherwise just open and move the pieces individually. I needed a flashlight to get inside the unit and find the screw holes. Again no biggie but adds to the frustration of poor instructions. Overall very happy with units and recommend. Very sturdy and dependable. They recommend attaching to the wall so be aware of that for best safety. Incidentally I noticed someone asked about extra shelves. They apparently do not sell individual shelves which is a shame. Will likely buy more. ?Our bedroom closet is very small, and we needed a cabinet which was 1. lockable, 2. reasonably secure and 3. afffordable.This cabinet meets all our needs.It took me 2 Hours to assemble it and set it up in our bedroom. For someone less than six Months short of his 70'th birthday, it was relatively easy to assemble after carefully studying the instructions and examining each part -- this itself took a better part of an Hour. The assembly itself was easy after that.The only item which is irksome, and the reason for the 4 starts on ease of assembly is that the top of the cabinet is supposed to be held by several screws, and two of them had no place to fasten. It is my belief the design of the cabinet has gone through changes, and the instructions not updated. I was able to fasten the top without the screws, so I have some extra screws.This cabinet has the means to be fastened to the wall using two drywall screws as well. But I chose not to use them. The floor is hardwood and I see no need for this. I managed to affix six slider patches to to the bottom it would not scratch our hardwood floor.Overall, we are very happy with this cabinet.The shelves in this cabinet are adjustable so you can easily put it where you need it which is nice because if you have bigger items it can be spaced instead of just on bottom or top. It helps to guarantee that you have maximum adaptability and convenience for your storage and organizing needs. It makes a perfect gift for anyone who needs storage space. Coved on all sides and with metal corner guards to protect everything. Super easy to assemble as I did it myself. During assembly I kept think if it will be sturdy as the metal is very flimsy. As it kept getting assembled, it kept gaining strength. In the end, it is a very sturdy cabinet with so much space to store everything you have. I used it for my medical spa and it held everything with more room left over. I have placed 5 big boxes of 12 1000cc saline in each box in the bottom shelf. And it holds it with no effort. The doors are strong and solid. The handle and locking mechanism is very strong. Overall, I was very impressed with this cabinet.Very nice filing cabinet except for the letter size hanging folder.. Width of cabinet a little bigger than letter folder. Haven't been able to use it.Any ideas?Very well engineered to simplify assembly and maximize strength. Excellent fit and finish. Very professional and well executed. Great value. I would by another as needed.The sheet metal screws that are provided with the kit are difficult to use, don’t add enough rigidity, and will likely back out with time. I used 3/16 aluminum rivets and now the cabinet is better than any of my current set. The quality of the steel is very good. Fit and finish are of good quality for the price. Be careful with the paint it scratches easily.
